Terms Stichting Webshop Keurmerk

These Terms will be used by all members of the Foundation Webshop Certified (further called Webshop Certified) with the exception of financial services as defined in the Financial Supervision Act and to the extent these services are supervised by the Financial Markets Authority.

ARTICLE 1 - Definitions

These conditions shall apply:
 
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person affiliated with the Stichting Webshop Certified products and / or services to consumers at a distance;

ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES
